Bill Grover has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries.

Bill began their career at the Indiana Commission on Community Service & Volunteerism, where they served as a Commission Member for five years. Bill was appointed by Governor O'Bannon and then by Governor Kernan. In this role, they oversaw the AmeriCorps program placements in the state of Indiana and advocated for volunteerism.

From there, they worked at the Indiana Venture Center as a Hoosier Fellow, where they completed business plan reviews, performed market research, and assisted with special events and projects.

In 2006, Bill joined Hope Southern Indiana as President-Elect and later became the President of the Board of Directors. Bill served in these leadership roles for four years.

Bill then moved into the corporate world, joining Papa Johns as a Sr. Compensation Analyst. Here, they played a key role in designing and implementing base pay, short-term and long-term incentive programs. Bill also led the outsourcing of equity compensation programs and took on cross-functional assignments such as working as a recruiter and serving on the disaster recovery planning team.

In 2010, Bill joined KFC as an HRG & Total Rewards Analyst and later took on the role of Regional HR Manager. Their responsibilities included designing and executing employee engagement surveys, developing selection assessments and processes, and leading total rewards programs.

After five years at KFC, Bill joined Yum! Brands as the Global Executive Compensation Leader. In this role, they led the strategic review, design, implementation, and communication of Yum's compensation programs globally. Bill also played a key role in the HR integration project for Yum!'s acquisition of Habit Burger Grill.

In 2020, Bill joined Heaven Hill Brands as the Director of Total Rewards, where they remained until 2022.

In 2022, they joined Heidrick & Struggles as a Director of Compensation.

Most recently, Bill joined YETI in 2023, first as the Head of Global Total Rewards and then transitioning to the role of Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Total Rewards.

Throughout their career, Bill Grover has been involved in various aspects of compensation, talent acquisition, and total rewards, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to their roles.

Bill Grover graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from Butler University in 2006. In 2011, they obtained a certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resource Professionals.
