Dane Brimer

Dane Brimer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dane began their career as an intern accountant at Hurley in 2003. After working on various finance-related tasks, they declined a full-time job offer to pursue their MBA.

Brimer then worked as the Director of Ecommerce at The Frog House Inc., where they started an ecommerce website and implemented a digital strategic plan, resulting in significant increases in site traffic and sales.

Dane later joined Black Flys Inc. as the US Regional Business Manager, successfully executing enhanced goals for the company's product line and increasing gross revenue through various marketing initiatives.

At E-Squared, Brimer served as the Director of Ecommerce and Customer Experience, overseeing day-to-day operations and project managing website development for clients. Dane also provided consulting services in business development, marketing, and online business strategy.

Brimer then joined Nike, where they held several roles, including Digital Merchandising Manager and Global Buying and Merchandising Director for Hurley.com. During their tenure, they led various projects to expand Hurley's digital commerce reach globally, resulting in significant business growth.

Prior to their current role, Brimer served as the Director of Ecommerce at 5.11 Tactical, where they elevated the ecommerce business and implemented interdepartmental changes to drive efficiency and lower costs. Dane also developed and executed a global digital strategy to foster growth and expansion.

Currently, Brimer works at YETI as the Director of eCommerce Merchandising, driving double-digit growth for the $600M ecommerce business. Dane has successfully led various initiatives, including website re-platforming, price increase implementation, and the establishment of an agile Coolers team to reduce project timelines.

Dane Brimer completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from Vanguard University of Southern California between 1999 and 2003. Dane further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Azusa Pacific University, completing it in the year 2005.
