Ian Hall

Ian Hall has extensive work experience in engineering roles. Ian started their career as a Sales Engineer at Heat Transfer Solutions in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Ian then joined Philips Lighting and held positions as a Laboratory Engineer and later as a New Product Design Engineer II from 2005 to 2012. In 2012, Ian moved on to Xtreme Power as a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer. In this role, they initiated a new product direction, designed modular DC bus ducts, improved existing designs, and coordinated with the Electrical Engineering Department for project delivery. Ian worked at Xtreme Power until 2014. Ian then joined Ideal Power Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Ian works at YETI since 2016, where they have held various roles including Test Lab Engineer, Senior Product Validation Engineer, and currently as the Principal Product Validation Engineer.

From 1997 to 2002, Ian Hall attended the University of Maine, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
