Kate Rickard (Thomason)

Kate (Thomason) Rickard has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kate began their career at Bradley-Morris, Inc. as an Associate Account Representative, where they focused on delivering military-experienced talent to top companies. After a year with Bradley-Morris, Inc., Kate joined YETI in the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this position, they were responsible for assisting in writing job descriptions, posting jobs online, and working on talent branding strategy. Kate (Thomason) Rickard obtained their Bachelor's Degree of Human Sciences in Restaurant, Hotel & Institutional Management from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, between 2008 and 2010, they attended Collin College and pursued General Studies, although they did not receive a degree. After a break, Kate returned to pursue their passion for nursing and attended Austin Community College from 2016 to 2021, where they completed the prerequisite courses for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
