Lachlan Palfrey

Lachlan Palfrey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lachlan started their career as a Marketing Consultant at Thermal Energy Solutions from July 2020 to December 2020.

In 2016, they joined 2XU as a Senior Sales Associate and gained five years of experience at their flagship store. Lachlan consistently achieved KPI's and was recognized as the most enjoyable person to work with in 2017.

At the same time, they also worked as the Head First XI Cricket Coach at Mentone Grammar from September 2016 to April 2021. During their tenure, their team was awarded Team of the Year on three occasions, and Lachlan played a pivotal role in fostering communication and leadership skills.

Moving forward, they joined YoungGun Cricket as a Digital/Social Media Marketing Assistant from March 2021 to August 2021, where they contributed to their marketing efforts.

Lachlan then joined Southern Cross Austereo as a Digital Sales Coordinator from August 2021 to November 2022, where they coordinated digital sales activities.

Currently, Lachlan Palfrey holds the position of Territory Manager at YETI, starting in November 2022, and is responsible for managing the company's territory.

Lachlan Palfrey pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and Media Communications from 2017 to 2021 at Swinburne University of Technology. Additionally, in October 2020, they obtained certifications in Leadership Mindsets and Sales: Closing Strategies from LinkedIn.
