Vijay Vembuli has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Vijay is currently working as a Senior Engineering Program Manager at YETI since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Spin Master from April 2021 to April 2023, where they led program management for consumer products and demonstrated proficiency in predictive, agile, and hybrid methodologies. Vijay also worked at Prysmian Group from 2014 to 2020, where they served as a Product Development Specialist/Engineer, managing global product development efforts and overseeing the end-to-end production process for new products. Additionally, they held the role of Process Engineer at Prysmian Downhole Technology from November 2014 to May 2017. Vijay Vembuli also has experience as a Project Manager at Net Impact NYC from March 2017 to June 2017, where they managed a team and worked on a project focused on building a consulting practice for a clean water and sanitation non-profit. Vijay has research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Student Researcher at Rutgers University, where they worked on projects related to experimental investigation of minichannel heat sinks for electronic cooling applications and designing materials with altered electrical and thermal properties. Vijay also served as a Webmaster for the MAE website and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Grader during their time at Rutgers University. Prior to their time at Rutgers, they worked as an R&D Project Intern at Hyundai Motor India Ltd in 2012. Vijay Vembuli is a certified ScrumMaster with a PMP® and CSM® designation.

Vijay Vembuli, PMP®, CSM®, has a Master's Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University. In addition to their formal education, Vijay has obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. Vijay is a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance, and also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, they have completed various courses and programs to enhance their knowledge and skills. These include certifications in Blockchain Essentials from ConsenSys, Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn, and Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning, Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts, and Six Sigma: Green Belt, all from LinkedIn. Vijay also completed the Executive Program: Strategy and Innovation Track from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2017.
