Stephanie Stafford

Stephanie Stafford has held various roles in their work experience. From 1999 to 2007, they worked as an Account Manager at Venture Encoding. Stephanie then joined MyFileRunner in 2011, where they served as a Marketing Manager until 2013. From 2013 onwards, Stephanie has been working at YETI. Stephanie started as a YETI Outfitter for a year and then progressed to roles such as Account Manager, Manager of Inside Sales & Customer Experience Group, Senior Manager of Inside Sales, Senior Manager of National Accounts, Director of Customer Experience, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Experience & Inbound Corporate Sales.

Stephanie Stafford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Baylor University and a Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology, also from Baylor University. Stephanie obtained additional certifications in Forrester Leading With Customer Obsession and is a Professional Member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
