Chris Grech

Chris Grech has a diverse range of work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Chris currently holds the position of Senior Test Engineer at Yieldstreet since 2022.

Before that, Chris was employed at Odin Services from 2020 to 2022 as a Senior QA Engineer and Project Quality Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for all QA-related duties and built an end-to-end test framework using TestCafe for UI-related tests. Chris also created backend integration tests for testing Rest API calls.

From 2017 to 2020, Chris worked at Gaming Innovation Group as a QA Engineer. Chris played a crucial role in the development of the company's in-house Sportsbook, establishing a test automation framework and integrating tests into the deployment process. Chris was also a part of the Scrum Team responsible for the backend of the Sportsbook.

Prior to that, Chris was a QA Engineer at BetClic Everest Group from 2013 to 2017. Chris developed and maintained automation tests, implemented new automation frameworks, and took on the role of Lead QA Engineer in their final year. Chris also performed various QA tasks such as creating test plans, conducting test execution, and providing reports of automation results.

Chris began their career as an Automation Tester at NetRefer from 2012 to 2013, and prior to that, they gained professional experience as a Student Worker at APS Bank Ltd in 2009.

Chris Grech has a strong education background in software development and computing. In 2006, they began their education at MCAST IICT where they earned a National Diploma in Computing, which they completed in 2008. Chris then continued their studies at MCAST IICT from 2008 to 2010, obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Software Development. To further enhance their skills and knowledge, Chris pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Software Development at MCAST/Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft from 2010 to 2011.
