Rick Winslow's work experience begins in 2007 when they worked as a Director at BoomBox. Rick then moved on to roles at Lab49, where they were a Principal UX Architect and later became the Director of Client Solutions. In 2014, they joined CompStak as the Director of Enterprise Products.

In 2015, Winslow joined Capital One as the Senior Director of Digital Innovation. Rick also held the positions of Senior Director, Head of Digital Transformation and VP of Digital Innovation during their time there. During their tenure, they established an innovation lab, a product management function, and a center of excellence for data science and machine learning.

In 2017, Rick Winslow became an Associate Instructor at Columbia University in the City of New York. Rick then joined Kabbage, Inc in 2018 as the Chief Product Officer, where they led product and UX, implemented a new product strategy/roadmap, and launched multiple new product lines. In the same year, they also became a Board Member at Concourse Global.

In 2020, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Interdimensional Advisors Inc, where they contributed to strategy, UX research, product design, and organizational design. Rick also executed a successful strategic pivot as the interim Head of Product at Concourse Global.

Most recently, Winslow served as a Senior Advisor on contract at McKinsey & Company starting in November 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Product Officer at Yieldstreet, starting in August 2022.

Rick Winslow attended Columbia University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies. Rick then pursued further education at Rutgers University - Newark from 2002 to 2004, obtaining an MBA. Rick'sMBA focused on Marketing, Finance, and Entrepreneurship.
