Joel Greengrass

Joel Greengrass has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joel is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Yieldstreet, a company that provides access to alternative investments through their technology platform. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal at Greengrass Communications LLC, where they provided human resources and coaching services to a range of clients. Joel also served as the CEO and COO at Theramu, a company focused on providing hemp oil-based wellness products. Joel's previous roles include EVP, Talent & Operations at FanDuel Inc., Senior Vice President, Super Human Resources at BuzzFeed, and Senior Vice President, People & Operations at ideeli. Joel has also held positions at Montclair Baseball Softball Club, Axiom, Equinox Fitness, and GreaterTalent.com. Overall, Joel has a strong background in human resources, operations, and leadership roles in various industries.

Joel Greengrass (He/Him) has a diverse education history, spanning various fields of study. Joel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business/Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to their MBA, Joel obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Honors Marketing from Rutgers University.

Furthermore, Joel pursued a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University ILR School. Joel also obtained a Certified Health & Wellness Coach certification from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. Currently, Joel is working towards a Human Resources Analytics Certification from Cornell University ILR School, with an expected completion in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Joel has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills. Joel completed Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Creating Your Personal Brand, and Leading Inclusive Teams certifications through LinkedIn. Joel also attained the Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification from iPEC Coaching in March 2023.
