Ozlem Altay

Ozlem Altay is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Yıldız Holding since September 2016, and also in similar roles at Yildiz Ventures and Gözde Tech Ventures since 2022. Prior to these positions, Ozlem held the role of Senior Associate at DLA Piper from May 2011 to May 2016 and began a legal career as an Associate at Eryürekli Law Firm from January 2009 to May 2011. Ozlem Altay holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Yeditepe University. Additional education includes a program at New York University and coursework at the American University.
