Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at YLDA Group S.p.A.

Giuseppe Giardullo has held various roles throughout their work experience. Giuseppe started their career at Neotes as a Laboratory Technician, where they conducted chemical and microbiological analyses on water, food, soil, and packaging, and gained exposure to instrumental techniques and quality management systems. In 2014, they joined Tosco Espansi srl as a QA intern, and later advanced to the positions of QA Specialist and Lean Manager. During their time at Tosco Espansi, Giuseppe was responsible for quality assurance activities and implementing lean management practices. More recently, in 2021, they worked as a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at YLDA Group S.p.A., SebachItalia, and Armal. In these roles, they focused on ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Giuseppe Giardullo's education history includes several degrees and certifications. In 2007 to 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry (Laurea Triennale in Chimica) from the Università degli Studi della Basilicata. From 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Master's Degree in Chemical Sciences (Laurea Magistrale in Scienze Chimiche) from the same university. In 2012, they also earned a Master of Science degree from the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Surrey.

Giardullo further enhanced their expertise by completing a Master's program in Quality and Product Certification (Master in Qualità e Certificazione di Prodotto) from CTQ spa in 2013-2014. Giuseppe also achieved a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Dr. Mikel J. Harry Six Sigma Management Institute Europe in 2019.

Additionally, Giardullo acquired several certifications, including Internal Auditor of Environmental Management Systems and Internal Auditor of Quality Management Systems from KHC in June 2014. Giuseppe also obtained RSPP Mod. A certification in February 2014.
