Jennifer Bozek

Jennifer Bozek is a highly experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in different organizations. Jennifer currently serves as the ERSEA - Family Services Director and Director of Operations at YMCA Cape Cod. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as the Activities Director at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club. Jennifer also has a long history at Elmira College, where Jennifer held roles such as Campus Compliance Officer/Title IX Coordinator, Senior Associate Director of Athletics, Associate Director of Athletics, and Assistant Director of Athletics. Their educational background includes a Masters of Education in Adult Education from Elmira College and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
