Debbie Metzger

Debbie Metzger has over 30 years of experience in the YMCA industry. Debbie started their career in 1988 as an Executive Director at Central Florida YMCA, where they served for 12 years. Debbie then moved to Tampa Metro YMCA and held the position of Executive Director from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they joined YMCA of Collier County as the Chief Operating Officer until 2007. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at YMCA of South Florida as the Vice President of Operations and District Executive Director. Currently, Debbie is with YMCA of Central Florida, where they have held several roles, including District Executive Director, District Vice President, Vice President of Operations, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations.

Debbie Metzger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida, completing their studies between 1983 and 1988.
