Laura Heintz

Laura Heintz is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology support and project management. As the Senior Director of IT Support Services at the YMCA of Greater Houston since March 2013, Laura has achieved significant cost savings by optimizing telecommunications expenses and implementing more efficient technologies, including a successful migration to SharePoint on Office365 and cloud-based services.
