Claire Aldenhuysen currently serves as the Grant Proposal & Reporting Manager at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis since August 2023. Previously, Claire held the position of Grants Administrator at A Better Way Services, Inc., where over $2.7 million in federal grant funding and over $50k from private foundations were secured. Claire's experience also includes serving as the Director of Education at Cornerstone Center for the Arts, where Claire managed the hiring and training of teaching artists, and the Museum Education Specialist at the National Model Aviation Museum, where Claire developed the organization’s first virtual summer camp for over 500 children. Additional roles include curatorial and educational positions at various museums, contributing to projects focused on education, programming, and collections management. Claire holds multiple advanced degrees from Ball State University in Executive Development in Public Service and Adult and Community Education, along with a Master's Degree in Museology/Museum Studies from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Religions from California State University, Chico.
