Emma Bohner

Emma Bohner currently serves as a Legal Assistant at Spiro Harrison & Nelson LLC, where responsibilities include case preparation, legal research, and drafting legal documents. Emma also works as an Educational Consultant for Youthtellers and has held the position of Head Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County since June 2017. Previous experiences include participation in the CIEL Northern Ireland Program, which involved immersion in the region's socio-political landscape, and contribution to a bipartisan Civic Synergy Program proposal on cybersecurity for Congress. Emma's dedication to understanding civil rights was demonstrated through an internship with The Eisenhower Institute, focusing on the impact of policies on civil rights. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College and is pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Politics and International Studies at the University of Cambridge, set to begin in September 2024.
