Faithea Foster

Faithea Foster is an experienced leader in fitness and finance, currently serving as the Association Director of Aging Well at the YMCA of Greater Richmond since January 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and managing a $1 million budget. Faithea has also held roles such as Director of Aging Strong at EXIT Realty Corp. International and Founder of faithea, llc, focusing on enhancing physical and financial fitness. Prior to these positions, Faithea worked at Citi in various vice president roles, driving sales and strategic initiatives, contributing to the company's outstanding Community Reinvestment Act rating. Faithea's education includes a Master of Legal Studies from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
