Matt Hancock has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Minor League Player for the Boston Red Sox from June 2005 to July 2006. Matt then joined the YMCA of Greater Tulsa, where they held various positions such as Activate America Coordinator, Afterschool Director, Westside Y-Day Camp, Ropes, and GO Director, R.C. Dickenson Family YMCA Executive Director, South District Executive Director, Vice President of Youth Development, Vice President of Member Experience and Healthy Living, SR. VP of Operations, Chief Operations Officer, and currently serves as the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer.
