Laura Jazwiecki

Laura Jazwiecki, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various roles within the YMCA organization. Laura began their career in 2005 as an HR Area Manager at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, where they were responsible for managing HR operations. Laura then advanced to the position of Sr. HR Manager before transitioning to the role of Director of Human Resources at the YMCA. In 2015, they joined the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR strategies and initiatives. After a year in this role, they joined Froedtert Health as a Talent Business Partner, supporting talent management efforts. Laura later took on the position of Sr. Compensation Analyst at Froedtert Health before joining the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County in 2018 as the HR Director. Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in HR, and their experience spans various aspects of the field, including compensation analysis, talent management, and HR strategy.
