Shaw Cichowski

Shaw Cichowski has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career as an Industrial Electrician at Norcal Electric, where they repaired and installed electrical systems and equipment. They then worked at Mj Avila Co as a Team Leader and Quality Control specialist, overseeing construction projects and using laser technology for measurement. After that, they co-created and coordinated events for Spartans against Human Trafficking, where they also secured project funding through grant writing. They later founded and managed their own business, Foggy Mountain Vapor, as a Product Manager, generating profit and conducting market research. They also worked as a DeFi Project Manager and Financial Analyst, assisting in launching blockchain projects. Currently, Shaw is employed at the YMCA of Silicon Valley, where they started as a Sales Associate and later became a Program Manager. They are currently serving as the Director of Operations, overseeing various aspects of the organization. Overall, Shaw has demonstrated strong leadership, managerial, and analytical skills throughout their career.

Shaw Cichowski completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from San Jose State University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, Shaw obtained a CA Electrical Certification in Electrical Systems from careers for Business and Technology in 2006 and 2007. In addition, Shaw acquired a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera and Google in 2021.
