Caleb Cooper

Caleb Cooper has a strong background in working for YMCA organizations. Caleb currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City, starting in October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Equity and Belonging at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads, where they focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Caleb also served as the District Vice President at the same organization. Additionally, Caleb has experience as an Executive Director at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities.

Caleb Cooper attended The University of Toledo from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
