Pamela Salzman

Pamela Salzman PHR has a strong background in benefits management and human resources compliance. Pamela most recently served as the Senior Director of Benefits & HR Compliance at YMCA of South Hampton Roads, where they managed the human capital reorganization and played a key role in designing COVID-19 policies and procedures. Previously, they worked as a Benefits Manager at Portfolio Recovery Associates, Inc. and Bank of Hampton Roads, where they developed employee benefit packages, conducted new hire orientations, and ensured compliance with government-mandated procedures. Pamela also served as a Benefits Manager at Colonial Foods, LLC, where they were responsible for overseeing various benefit plans and served as a team leader in the development of an HRIS system.
