Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads is responsible for guiding the organization to fulfill its charitable mission. This team comprises key executives who oversee various aspects of the organization, such as finance, youth development, communications, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), operations, technology, membership success, and overall organizational culture. Together, they ensure that programs and services promote healthy living, nurture the potential of children, and foster social responsibility, making the Y accessible and impactful for all community members.
