Since December 2008, Danielle has held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Child Care at the YMCA of Okanagan, which serves over 500 families across 9 locations in the Central Okanagan. Prior to this role, Danielle was a Senior Manager of Child Care Programs and a Human Resource Manager, having worked at Subway Developments 2000 Inc. from 2000 to 2008. Danielle's expertise includes profit analysis, operations consulting, and marketing, along with training junior consultants. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia - Okanagan, completed in 1999.

We are a local charity that ignites the potential in people, helping them grow, lead, and give back to their communities. Our YMCA serves over 40,000 individuals each year through 3 health and fitness facilities, 12 child care centres, youth employment services, mindfulless programs, and many community initiatives.
