Pablo Ashi

Swim Instructor at YMCA of Upper Palmetto

Pablo Ashi is currently a Swim Instructor at the YMCA of Upper Palmetto, utilizing YMCA curriculum to teach aquatic skills to children ages 3-12, while ensuring their safety in water. In June 2024, Pablo served as a counselor for the CDC Museum Public Health Academy, educating high school students on various public health topics. Additionally, Pablo gained research experience as a Summer Research Intern at Breast Cancer Hub, where literature on breast cancer treatment was reviewed and findings were presented to oncologists. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Regenerative Bioscience from The University of Georgia, with minors in Spanish and Biological & Medical Anthropology, ongoing Certification of Medical Assisting from Wilkes Community College, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Marvin Ridge High School.
