YMCA of Upper Palmetto
Tim Conley has extensive experience in the YMCA organization, having held positions such as Head Age Group Coach and Regional Vice President. In their role as Head Age Group Coach, Tim managed a swim team of over 400 athletes and supervised program implementation and development. Currently, as Regional Vice President and Executive Director, Tim oversees branch operations of four YMCA facilities with a significant budget.
