Aiyana Bailin

Aiyana Bailin has extensive experience in childcare and research support, currently serving as a Respite Care Worker at the YMCA of San Diego County since January 2013, providing assistance to children with developmental disabilities. Aiyana has also worked as a self-employed infant care provider since November 2012. Prior to these roles, Aiyana served as a Research Assistant at UC San Diego, where responsibilities included scheduling participants and running behavioral studies. Additional experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, bookseller at Borders, biology tutor at Grossmont College, and Library Assistant II at Alexandria Library. Aiyana holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UC San Diego and has attended several educational institutions throughout the academic journey. References are available upon request.
