Sean Kurth

Sean Kurth has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sean is currently the CEO & Founder of the OR analytics, a position they started in June 2021. Before this, Sean worked at the YMCA of San Diego County. Sean held various roles including Association Director of Membership Operations from June 2018, Association Implementation Director from July 2016 to June 2018, and Associate Executive Director from October 2014 to June 2016. Prior to working at the YMCA, Sean was a Department Head from 2008 to 2014. In 2003, they worked as a Senior Mathematics Tutor for the NCAA Counseling Program for Intercollegiate Athletes until May 2007.

Sean Kurth earned a Graduate Certification in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut in 2007, with minors in Philosophy and French (LTL). Sean also holds additional certifications, including the Series 6 and Series 63, obtained from NASAA in November 2007.
