Leadership Team

The current leadership team at YMCA San Diego has a wide range of experience in both the public and private sector. Many of the leaders have worked their way up through the ranks of the YMCA, starting as lower level employees and working their way up to their current positions. The team also has a wide range of educational experiences, from general studies and business information systems to law and economics. This diverse background allows the leadership team to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization.
