Cathy Kamionka

Cathy Kamionka currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards at YNV Group since September 2022. Previously, from August 2015 to September 2022, Cathy held the position of Senior Director, Global Total Rewards at TELUS International, where notable contributions included overseeing all internal compensation processes during the IPO, implementing global compensation plans, and designing reward programs for improved team member retention. Earlier roles included Senior Manager of Global Compensation and Performance Management at TeleTech, Global Compensation Manager at Gates Corporation, and Global Reward Strategy Manager at Accenture, where Cathy focused on standardizing compensation strategies and implementing performance-based pay systems across multiple geographies. Cathy earned a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and Spanish from the University of Denver.
