Mariela Murovska

Mariela Murovska has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager at YO! Sushi since October 2014, where responsibilities include P&L management, budget maintenance, and payroll forecasting. Prior to this role, Mariela worked as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Holiday Inn London, Gatwick Worth, overseeing service delivery in the Food and Beverage Department, and as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Holiday Inn Skopje, focusing on daily operations and profitability analysis. Additionally, Mariela held the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Ramada Plaza Gevgelija, managing multiple outlets and collaborating on inventory and financial performance. Mariela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality from University “St. Kliment Ohridski,” completed in 2011.
