Pritesh Bhavsar MCIEH is a seasoned technical and food safety specialist with extensive experience in compliance management across various sectors. Currently serving as Technical Manager at YO! Sushi since September 2021, Pritesh is responsible for creating and evolving systems to meet compliance and legal requirements. Previously, Pritesh held positions including Group Compliance Manager at Pioneer Foods (UK), where responsibilities included ensuring adherence to customer codes of practice, and Technical Assistant at CLASSIC CUISINE OF NORTHAMPTON LIMITED, focused on food safety and quality. Earlier roles include Technical Integrity Officer and Trainee Technical Auditor at 2 Sisters Food Group, along with experience as a Microbiology Laboratory Technician. Pritesh holds a degree in Medical Microbiology from the University of Reading, obtained in 2011.
