Allison Mattingly has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Director of Community Engagement at Yoga Alliance since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Membership Project Manager at Yoga Alliance from March 2020 to August 2022. Allison also held the role of Credentialing Advisor at Yoga Alliance from May 2019 to March 2020 and was a Member Support Representative from January 2019 to May 2019.

Before joining Yoga Alliance, Allison worked as a Yoga Teacher as a self-employed individual starting from June 2017. Allison also served as the Manager of Department Stores at Southern Proper from September 2017 to December 2018.

Prior to their involvement in the yoga industry, Allison worked at Peter Millar as a National Accounts Specialist from September 2014 to September 2017. Allison also gained experience as a Sales & Marketing Associate at Saratoga Olive Oil Company from July 2013 to September 2014.

Allison Mattingly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from High Point University, with minors in Marketing and Non-Profit Management & Leadership. Allison has also obtained several certifications, including "How to Build Your Brand Community Strategy" and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
