Daniel Butcher has a long and varied work experience in the childcare and household management industry. Starting in 2007, they have worked in various private households in England and Los Angeles, providing support and task delegation to high net worth families. In 2014, they became a Family Assistant for a high net worth family of five, and in 2015 they were a House Manager for another high net worth couple. In 2015, they also became the Owner & Operator of Angeles Mannies, a company that specializes in finding caring, educated, and professional young men with extensive childcare experience. In 2017, they became the Owner - Professional Recruiter for Los Angeles Nannies, overseeing the full recruitment life-cycle from client intake to on-boarding. In 2020, they became the Owner Operator of My Nanny Resume. Finally, in 2022, they joined Yohana as a Member Operations Team Lead and Member Operations Specialist.

Daniel Butcher obtained their BSc(Hons) in Psychology and Forensic Science from Staffordshire University between 2003 and 2006. Daniel also holds certifications from the International Nanny Association, Trustline, and the American Red Cross, including Credential, Trustline Certified, Basic Nanny Skills Assessment, and Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid, which were obtained in November and October 2015 respectively.
