Régis Thareau

Régis THAREAU has over two decades of experience in various HR roles. Régis is currently the HR Director at YOkogawa since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Management & Learning at Primagaz France, SHV Energy Group from 2016 to 2021. Régis also worked as the International HR Business Partner, Europe HQ at Blizzard Entertainment in 2015 and as the International HR Business Partner, Commercial Operations at IPSEN, Pharmaceutical Industry from 2009 to 2015. Régis gained experience as an HR Business Partner at PFIZER France in 2008. Régis also held the position of Head of Recruitment and Mobility at PRO BTP Groupe from 2004 to 2008 and as the HR Development Manager at Flammarion from 2002 to 2004. Régis started their career as an Outsourced Payroll Consultant at ADP in 2000 and as a Project Manager, HR Information System at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab in 1999. Régis began their professional journey as a Social Data Controller at EFIDIS in 1998. Throughout their career, Régis has excelled in recruiting, talent management, learning, performance management, and HR strategy implementation.

Régis THAREAU completed a Master 2 (M2) degree in Gestion des Ressources Humaines et Relations Sociales at CIFFOP in 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Maîtrise des Sciences de Gestion degree in G.R.H et Sociologie des Organisations from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL between 1992 and 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Régis THAREAU received OPQ32 (Personality) ; 360° Feedback from SHL in 2017, Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) from The Leadership Challenge® in 2016, and Predictive Index (PI) Analyst: Personality assessment from PI Worldwide in 2002.
