Amit Chincholikar currently holds the position of Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires and serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at Compport. Prior to their current roles, Amit has gathered extensive experience in human resources management with prominent companies such as Tata Consumer Products, TATA SONS LIMITED, Novelis, Aditya Birla Group, Universal Music Group, and Mercer. Amit holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Operations Research from the University of Mumbai.
