Sachin Padwal

Sachin Padwal is currently serving as a Senior Director of Human Resources at Yokohama-ATG since August 2014. Prior to this role, Sachin held the position of General Manager - HR at the same company. With experience in HR business partnering, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR integration, Sachin has also worked at Schneider Electric, TATA Communications Ltd., Tata Internet Services, and NITCO LIMITED in various HR roles. Sachin holds a B.Com. in Accountancy from the University of Mumbai and a PGDPM in HR from the National Institute of Personnel Management.
