Ben Bauer

Ben Bauer is the Managing Director, Germany at Yokoy. Ben was previously the Lead Sales Excellence at Building Radar from January 2020 to June 2021. With Building Radar's web platform, they used artificial intelligence to find construction projects and contacts worldwide, long before they were actually realized. In addition to their work as an account executive, they were responsible for the sales methodological development of the sales team & SDR team. This includes training workshops carried out by him, regular 1on1s with team members regarding their personal development as well as the organization and evaluation of external trainings and the establishment of a knowledge database.

Before that, Ben Bauer was the Sales & Key Account Manager DACH at Testbirds GmbH from September 2018 to December 2019. Testbirds supports companies with digital interaction research. They test apps, websites, IoT devices, machine displays etc. for their usability and functionality. They use a community of over 400,000 people worldwide to precisely reproduce each target group.

Ben Bauer's educational career includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration & Economics from Universität Passau.

Ben Bauer reports to Philippe Sahli, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Rafael Zemp - Chief Legal Officer, Stephan R. Hebenstreit - Managing Director, AT, and Narin Olsson Akay - Head of Field & Expansion Marketing.
