Yvette Swagerman

Yvette Swagerman is currently the VP of People at Yokoy. Prior to this, they were with iziwork as the VP of People from January 2021 to September 2021. Yvette has also held the positions of Head of People EMEA/APAC at TripActions from August 2018 to April 2020, Head of HR at Netflix from March 2017 to September 2018, and Senior HR Manager at Liberty Global from August 2015 to February 2017. In their previous positions, they have led and grown high performing people teams, implemented quarterly engagement surveys, designed and implemented benefits programs, and improved all TA processes.

Yvette Swagerman has a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Nyenrode Business University. Yvette also has a degree from the University of Amsterdam.

Yvette Swagerman works with Rafael Zemp - Chief Legal Officer, Lars Mangelsdorf - Co-Founder & Chief Customer Officer, and Carlo Mehli - Head of Yokoy Solutions. Yvette Swagerman reports to Philippe Sahli, Co-Founder & CEO.
