Serkan Akdag

Serkan Akdag has a comprehensive work experience, starting from 2004. From 2004 to 2017, they worked at Metglobal in various roles, including Asia Pasific Director, Operation Supervisor, Director of Operations & Technical Support, and Technical Support Team Lead. From 2009 to 2020, they worked at Protel Bilgisayar A.Ş as a Senior Support & Training Specialist, Online Reservation and PMS Systems, where they were responsible for CRS system installation and training, channel manager configuration for OTA's, GDS distribution, and RFP and Consortia agreement management. Currently, they are the Head of Product Support at Yolcu360.

Serkan Akdag obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Anadolu University between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Kocaeli University between 1998 and 2002. Serkan also holds certifications in Google Adwords and Google Analytics.
