Eleanor Rivada has extensive experience in business development and account management. Eleanor began their career in 1996 as an Account Manager at DIPIC, Philippines, where they worked with both advertisers and advertising agencies. In 1998, they moved to L'Oréal as a Regional Sales Manager, managing two brands in the salon division. In 2000, they became a Business Development Manager at Jivago Couture International, working with clients such as Saks 5th Ave., Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus. In 2001, they became an Account Executive at Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics, where they conducted product knowledge classes with esthetics students and maintained and developed accounts. In 2002, they moved to Sothys, USA, as an Account Executive, developing existing accounts and new business, organizing local seminars, events, and assisting with trade shows. Finally, in 2005, they joined Yon-Ka Paris USA as a Business Development Manager for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions.
Eleanor Rivada received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication, General from the University of Sto. Tomas in the Philippines from 1991 to 1995. Eleanor has also attended Atmosphere Spa Design Seminars, Chester Karrass, and Dale Carnegie.
