Jane Maciejewski has had a long and successful career in the beauty industry. Jane began their career in 1990 as an Account Coordinator for Lancome, where they were responsible for maximizing counter sales within Carson Pirie Scott department stores. Jane then moved to Trish McEvoy-Laura Mercier in 1998 as a Freelance Make-up Artist, traveling the Midwest to promote their cosmetics and skincare lines. In 2000, they became the Regional Sales Manager for L'Occitane en Provence, managing 11 retail stores with a sales volume of $8.5 million. In 2003, they became the District Sales Manager for Jurlique, leading and developing wholesale accounts in the Midwest. Finally, in 2005, they joined Yon-Ka Paris USA, where they held various positions including Business Development Manager, Yon-ka Spa Executive Consultant, and Business Development Manager Midwest MidAtlantic Territory. In these roles, they were responsible for increasing market share, obtaining sales quotas, creating dynamic presentations of the company's products and philosophy, and executing marketing and merchandising strategies.

Jane Maciejewski obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the College of DuPage between 1982 and 1984.
