Karissa Kirvida

Karissa Kirvida has extensive work experience in sales and merchandising roles. Karissa is currently the Vice President of Sales at Yoobi, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever from 2015 to 2021, where they held various roles including Director of Sales, Sales Strategy Leader, and Team Leader Sales. During their time at Unilever, they led the Beauty Sales team and successfully grew the business while exceeding internal and customer metrics. Karissa also collaborated with Target to launch a new specialty bath brand. Before joining Unilever, Karissa worked at Target from 2003 to 2015, where they held several Director-level positions in merchandising and marketing. Karissa was responsible for leading teams and driving P&L growth in categories such as Intimate Apparel, Personal Care, Beauty, Dry Grocery, and Owned Brands. Karissa has a proven track record of delivering sales growth, profit improvement, and successful brand development strategies.

Karissa Kirvida obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Gustavus Adolphus College. Karissa attended the college from 1993 to 1997.
