Guilherme Gonçalves Lopes Silva has been working in the customer experience field since 2012. Guilherme began their career at Transtel Eletrônica e Serviços LTDA as a Customer Experience professional. In 2016, they moved to Wynn Poker Club as a Crupiê, and then to Copa Espirito Santo de Poker in 2017, where they also worked as a Crupiê. In 2019, they joined M&R eventos esportivos as a Customer Experience professional, and in 2022 they began working at Yooga as an Analista de Customer Experience and Suporte Técnico.
Guilherme Gonçalves Lopes Silva is currently enrolled in Estácio where they are pursuing a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, beginning in 2022 and expected to complete in 2024.
