Ramon Araujo Santana

Ramon Araujo Santana has worked in various roles since 2017. Ramon began their career as a Monitor of Physics at the Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo in 2017. That same year, they also founded and served as Director of Production at DataFlex, a student-run business that produced lightweight, portable folders. In 2018, they founded Gift's Me, a social network that allows users to share their gift lists and helps their friends find the perfect present. Ramon was responsible for product design, platform construction, product distribution, and strategic planning. In 2019, they joined Fisarmonica as Head of Growth and PicPay as part of the Community and Culture Team. Theirtasks included organizing internal and external events and maintaining a work environment that ensured excellence for employees. Ramon also created the PicPay Communities project to study the network topology and optimize the network effect and minimize fragmentation. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Yooga as Product Growth.

Ramon Araujo Santana has a diverse educational background. Ramon completed a Bacharelado em Sistemas de Informação at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2020 to 2023. Ramon also obtained a Técnico em Eletrotécnica Integrado ao Ensino Médio from Ifes - Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo from 2016 to 2019.
