Jeff Gleeson

Jeff Gleeson is an experienced leader in HR and payroll services, currently serving as the Head of People Services at Yooralla since February 2023, where responsibilities include managing employment onboarding, payroll payments, and HR compliance. Previously, Jeff held the position of Director HR Services at La Trobe University for over three years, overseeing payroll and HR operations for approximately 9,500 personnel. With a strong history in payroll transformation and integration, Jeff has worked with major organizations such as Downer and Talent2, holding various roles that involved improving payroll systems and operations while managing significant teams. Jeff's educational background includes a project management degree from Swinburne University of Technology and an advanced diploma in accounting and management from Cairns Business College.
