Derek Vanderslice

Derek VanDerslice has a strong background in operations, finance, and materials management. Derek is currently serving as the VP of Materials Operations at York Building Products since September 2020. Prior to that, Derek worked at York Building Products - Heritage Concrete as the Director of Finance and Operations from August 2019 to September 2020. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Oldcastle Materials, including SVP of Operations from February 2017 to September 2020, VP of Finance from June 2014 to February 2017, EVP of Finance & Operations from February 2012 to June 2014, VP of Asphalt from January 2010 to January 2012, and CFO from January 2006 to December 2009. Derek also worked at Pennsy Supply Inc. as the SVP of Operations from January 2017 to July 2019.

Derek VanDerslice completed their high school education at Newport High School, where they earned their HS Diploma from 1988 to 1992. Afterwards, they attended Susquehanna University from 1992 to 1996, where they received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
