Shannon Crouse

Shannon Crouse has extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, as well as preventive maintenance and welding/fabrication. They began their career as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at C.J. Langenfelder & Sons in 2001, where they worked for one year. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as a Maintenance Technician at Harsco Corporation, specializing in heavy equipment repair, preventive maintenance, welding/fabrication, and processing plant maintenance and repair. In 2007, Shannon joined Phoenix Services, LLC as a Maintenance Lead, where they served as the lead mechanic in the shop and field, focusing on heavy equipment repair, preventive maintenance, welding/fabrication, and also performed welding and fabrication work. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Manager Maintenance, responsible for fleet maintenance and repairs, managing cost centers, P&L, and budgeting. In 2014, Shannon was promoted to Manager, Maintenance and Asset Management, overseeing maintenance and asset management operations. In 2015, they joined Pennsy Supply Inc. as the Vice President Equipment, a role they held until 2019. Currently, Shannon is serving as the Director of Mobile Equipment at York Building Products, a position they have held since September 2019.

Shannon Crouse started their education at Fallston High School from 1996 to 2000. They then attended the Operating Engineers Training School from 2001 to 2004, specializing in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technology/Technician/Operations.
