Patty McGuire is an experienced leader with a strong background in health care operations and community agriculture. Currently serving as Interim Executive Director at YORK FRESH FOOD FARMS since May 2024, Patty McGuire focuses on improving health outcomes for York residents, particularly in underserved areas, through sustainable agriculture practices. Previously, Patty McGuire held various roles at WellSpan Health from August 1991 to November 2024, including Vice President of Operations and Administrative Director, overseeing specialty practice management and quality innovation initiatives. Patty McGuire holds a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Business from Green Mountain College, a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and French from Mount Mary University.
